Statement of Faith

  • The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. It is our final authority in faith and practice. We only use the King James Version of the Bible.
  • God is eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  • Man was created by God to glorify God. Adam sinned through disobedience and thus passed sin and its effects onto all men through the sin nature. Man is born separated from God and sins by choice. All men are sinners.
  • Jesus Christ, the virgin born begotten Son of God, lived a sinless, perfect life. His blood was shed to atone for man’s sins. He died on the cross and then rose again on the third day. Any person who places their faith and trust in Him can have their sins forgiven and be placed in a right standing before God.
  • God, by His grace, offers salvation to anyone who is willing to admit their sin and confess Christ as their Savior.
  • God is the Creator of heaven and earth and all life.
  • The Holy Spirit indwells and fills the believer with power and the presence of God is active and alive within the believer.
  • The return of Christ is imminent and literal. It begins with the rapture of the church and is followed by seven years of tribulation. It concludes with the second coming of Christ with His saints.
  • Nonessential secondary doctrinal issues are at the discretion of the local church that your family chooses to attend.
